My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2024

Daily activities - doing physical exercises, meditate, working on my car shelter

Today, I woke up at 6.30 and did physical exercises for 20 minutes at the balcony of my house. I tried the 20-20-20 routines of the 5 AM club today but I woke up late. I will try to get up 5 sharp tomorrow so that I can have more time for me. I think early morning exercises kept me energized the whole day. For the second 20 minutes, I did Vipassana meditation for 30 minutes. And for the last 20 minutes, I planed my day and visualized what I wanted to be.

And the whole morning, I worked on building the frame for the car shelter. I have finished installing all the frames in the afternoon. I painted the welded joints in the evening. Tomorrow, I intend to installed two more frames for more robustness and weld some joints for reinforcement. I felt happy because I was going to finish building it. And there will be some storm coming according to weather forecast so it is better to finish it before the storm. Below are my work and progress on my car shelter.
