Daily activities - welding, reading for assignment

Dear friends,

Yesterday morning, I helped my brother prepare for his travel to Northern Shan State. Although there is ongoing war there, he still wanted to return to see his home and look for some friends, who could take care of it. Then, I continued to read for my assignment. And in the afternoon, I did some welding for the base of the garage I was building.

And in the evening, I prepared fried dumplings. I cooked the minced meat first an then stuffed them in the dumpling leaves. I mixed the stuffing with beaten egg so that the meat was soft to chew. I only used some oil while frying and used liquid starch to steam them. Next time, I will try with raw meat, in that case, I will need to steam longer to get the meat well cooked.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
