Preparing for joining meditation center

Dear friends,

Tomorrow, I will join the meditation center for 10 days session, so I went shopping some clothing. I just bought four shirts and three longyis. I will join Dhamma Mahā Pabbata center near my town (https://mahapabbata.dhamma.org/). There are other meditation sessions also - one day, 9 days, 20 days, 30 days, 40 days session but there at the center only one day, 10 days and children meditation courses are available. For other courses, I will have to go to meditation centers in another town, which provide them. Currently, there are 16 meditation centers in Myanmar. The meditation course is taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin. You can learn about it at the website (https://www.dhamma.org/) or join one of the meditation centers near you (https://www.dhamma.org/en/maps#001).

For me, this is the second time I joined 10-day meditation course. After finishing 10-days course two times and volunteer as a Dhamma worker for one time, I will be allowed to join a 9-day course.

And today for other activities, I went for surveying on the availability of solar installation equipment. What I will need are the rails for holding the solar panels. If I cannot find them here, I will have to order them from other town. For the lower frame, I will build them with steel hollows. I have designed the lower frame already as follow in Solidworks. The incline angle is 18 degree for whole year round.

Today, I am glad I was able to find the required rails and other materials. I will start building the lower frames when I am out of the meditation center. And I finished my assignment and was able to submit it today. The next courses will start on the 10th. The courses are Public Administration: Managing Diversity and Economic Policy: Theory and Practice. Both courses are interesting to me.
