went cycling, did physical exercises and house chores

Dear friends,

In this afternoon, I went cycling to the other side of the town and did physical workouts as usual. I met a few people there who came to do workout exercises there.

Other times, I did house chores - I did some wantons for evening snacks in the afternoon. I bought the dough leaves and prepared the meat to stuff yesterday. Today, there were some snacks for evening so I will fry them tomorrow. Nowadays, it is better to prepare food ourselves for good health because outsides food can be low in quality - most use saturated oil because the commodity prices are high after the military coup.

And in the morning, I made another timer switch for the meditation center. The first prototype was working fine so I just duplicated it. I was able to finish it in a day but I still need to replace RTC battery for the second one tomorrow. The timer in the market has around 10 Amp limit and it is quite few to be used for a water heater. If I used contactor, the contacting noise can be disturbing. I used 60 Amp SSR so it is quiet as well as can conduct high ampere. I will test it with the water heater the day after tomorrow.

Those are some of my activities for today.
