My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2024

visiting a farm, volunteering at the meditation center

Dear friends,

Yesterday morning, I went to visit a farm near my town with my friends to buy some strawberries. Although the farm was not so wide, I found that it had some other plantations such as garlic, chayote and lettuce.

I also found avocado plants, mulberry plants and blossoming peach tree. And I also found that the own of the farm also raised pigs in her farm.

The owner of the farm told that all the strawberries from her farm were already picked in the morning so we bought some strawberries from the farm next to it. They were big and beautiful.

I found that the farm has a good water source and the waster was channeled from a spring nearby. It was fun visiting there.

And in the afternoon, I went to the meditation center to volunteer there - I took record photos of the ongoing TOT training for children meditation and did some other work. Today, there will be children meditation course and I will be volunteering there also.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday. And my Actifit count was found to be over 900. I found that the app switched off and didn't count my evening activities.
