My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2024

Learnt Thai, online learning, did house chores

Dear friends,

In this morning, I learnt more Thai vocabularies from lesson (1) by noting down the ones I was not familiar with.I learnt how to write some of the alphabets by looking in an app I downloaded from Play store.
Then, I resumed with my MBA course and participated in the forum by introducing myself. Because I found two courses in one term quite overwhelming, I dropped the Marketing Management course.

In this evening, I climbed the mountain in the East of my town as an physical exercise because I didn't go to the meditation centre for the volunteer work. Tomorrow, I will travel to Yangon so I needed to prepare for the trip and couldn't go there.

Other times, I ran errands for my mom and myself. Now, my Actifit count was found to be over 2600. And it is time for meditation now.

Those are some of the activities for today.
