My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2024

Making a stool, learn food processing, prepare for Youtube video, Learn Thai, volunteered at meditation center

Dear friends,

In this morning, I made a small stool with the spare steel hollow tube and a parquet plank. I have cut and prepared the hollow tubes yesterday and today I welded them and attached it to the plank.

And I learnt food processing from online site (https://alison.com/). I learnt "Food Infections, Intoxication & Poisoning" in this morning and will continue with it. Then, I prepared for my Youtube channel by translating English sentences to Myanmar.

In the afternoon, I went to the meditation center. There, I extended the drain pipe and then helped choose usable wood from the wood pile. We also removed the nails from the chosen wood. We were able to finish some.

In the evening when I arrived home, I learnt Thai language with my phone app and text book. When I did my tasks, I used "Pomodoro Timer" - I worked for 25 minutes and take a break, and so on. I used online timer from https://pomofocus.io/

Those are some of the activities for today. Other times, I did house chores and ran errands for my family. Now, it is time for one hour meditation. My current Actifit count was found to be over 1600.
