My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2024

Helped install solar system, repaired the broken pipeline, took a food processing course, created another Youtubvideo

Dear friends,

Today is also a busy day for me - I have got both mental and physical activities today.

I got up early about 5.30 in the morning and created a Youtube video our Nump Hkone Library. I have created and uploaded seven videos so far for Myanmar students who wanted to learn English vocabularies. I translated frequently used vocabularies, "Word Smart" and made video series using TTS. The video channel of our library is as follow and our library is a non-profit one.

Then, I went to the meditation centre to help install solar water heater system and repair the broken pipe lines. The meditation centre will reopen next month in February. The meditation center teaches Vipassana meditation technique by S. N. Goenka. Then, I took a break in the afternoon.

In the evening, I started a food processing course from Alison (https://alison.com/course/introduction-to-food-processing-and-preservation). It is nice that it is a free course and will offer a certificate when I complete it. I intended to learn food processing but couldn't find one proper course. And in this evening, I asked Bing AI to get me some food processing courses and it offered me some. I will also join a practical food processing course offered by the government in my town. In the future, with some knowledge and practical work from food processing courses, I would like to create value-added food products with the local produce. I hope I could make a start-up and participate in the food industry one day.

So those are some of the activities for today. Because I moved around much today, I found my actifit count to be over 2700.
