My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2024
Doing house chores and built a hood for the fireplace.
Dear friends,
Today, I was doing house chores and a hood for the fireplace at home.
Now, it became colder and we need heating source to get ourselves warm. However, we got our house painted last year including the fireplace so we were afraid we would spoil the fireplace and the wall outside with the overflowing smoke.
So, I had to come up with an idea for preventing some of the smoke from getting out of the fireplace and just to let it out of the chimney. And in the afternoon, I built a frame with a hood as below.
And now in the evening, I kindled fire and it worked well as I intended.
And in the morning, I just completed the Arduino codes for my GSM module to be used at my plantation. I completed the core program yesterday (https://peakd.com/@princekham/my-sms-controlled-water-supply-system) and today, I added more codes for motor pump and water level sensor.
Now, I just need to connect it to the hardware.
And other times, I did house chores and ran errands for my mother. That's some of my activities for yesterday.
