Home prepared fried wantons and doing house chores

Dear friends,

Today, I did house chores mostly running errands for my mom and myself. In the afternoon, I prepared some wantons for evening snacks. I bought some dough leaves from the market. I ready fried the minced meat yesterday and kept it in the fridge. I used the dough press mold to stuff the meat in the dumpling leaves. I found that the leaves I bought were just the right size for the mold.

I soak some sunflower oil to the surface of the pan first before I put the wantons in. Then I added some more oil before I put the pan on the oven. When the pan was heated enough, I added some liquid, that I prepared by adding some wheat flour, starch and some oil to a cup of water. I covered the pan with a lid until all the water evaporated. Then I got the fried wantons.

I prepared some dipping with tomato sauce, grilled groundnut powder and shredded ginger. And with a cup of tea, they made a delicious snack for today evening.

That's some of my activities I would like to share with you for today.
