Gardening and doing house chores

Dear friends,

Today, I did some gardening work at my home. I added some broken bricks and coconut shell to the anthurium plants at home. I plucked some flowers also.

Other times, I did house chores and some ironing. I put my clothes in the two boxes I built the other days.

In early morning, I meditated for about thirty minutes. In doing so, I tried not to react to any sensations occurring in mind and on body. When some feeling occurred, I just recognised it as it was. Any I practiced the same when some pain or numbness occurred on my body.

I will do physical exercises in the evening. And these are my activities for today.
