My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2023

Dear friends,

In this morning, I did short warm-up exercises for about fifteen minutes as usual on my home varanda.

Today, I tested making seaweed sheets again with new recipe - I added garlics and onions this time, made some sheets and let them dry in my sundryer.

In the evening, I built an air circulation system for my dehydrator to absorb the moisture from the items. However, I don't want the hot air to escape from the system, so I decided to push the hot moist air below down the conduit and let it circulate again.

To achieve that, I used 4in by 2in steel hollow as below.

I intended to install the system at the side of the dehydrator as below.

I hope I can finish the system by tomorrow. And this time, I will test the dehydrator by drying some vegetable.

Other time, I did household chores and ran errands for my mom and me.

In the evening, I will do some physical exercise again.

That's some of the activities for today.
