My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2023

Dear friends,

In this morning, I did physical exercises for about fifteen minutes after I got up.

Then, I went to the market with my mother and bought some pork to make some bacon. We shopped other vegetables also. Then, I washed and chopped the meat into smaller pieces. Then, I mixed them with some liquor, other seasoning powder and dry them under the sun in my sun dryer.

Then as the yard work, I prepared and sprayed pesticides to the whiteflies on the Plumeria tree in front of my house. The tree is so high that I had to use spray with extended length.

(Above photo)The tree has been infected with whiteflies under its leaves for long. I sprayed with Acetamiprid pesticides. I wore mask, hat and long sleeved shirt to protect myself.

I did some other household chores helping my mother and also evening exercise. That's the activities for today.
