Modifying my dryer for improvement - assembling heaters.

Dear friends,

Yesterday, I assembled heating elements for my dehydraor - I installed five of them. The middle one is 12V 200W and I don't remember those of the other four. The total wattage is about five hundred watts I think. I installed them on one board as below.

I would like to make sure that the heat is diffused evenly towards the upper trays. And the next is I want to let in dry air only - I put one air inlet underneath and because the lower part is vacant, only the dry air would get to the upper container I think.

There are many other risks that I need to consider also. What if the fans fail? I am considering of installing one bigger fan underneath.
I was testing the ampere usage os the heaters also and it turned out to be about 27 ampere without the middle heater. It was about 250 watts and the power supply can bear only 400 watts so it it not possible to install the middle heater at the moment with the current power supply.

That was the main activities for yesterday. And I did other household chores such as sweeping, throwing garbage, etc.
