HOW CHELSEA CONQUERED THE WORLD.
The blues finally bang the Club world cup at their second attempt. Chelsea football club has been a serious contenders for major trophies since their Russian owner Roman Abrahimovic took over the side in 2003.
Their journey to these trophies has not really been easy, but because of the hunger of the owner of the club to see that his side becomes a force to be reckoned with in the world of football, it really made him do things that are unimaginable as long as the game of football is concerned. The way he dismisses manager from the club as when one changes clothes is something he has done consistently without paying attention to critics, most people in the world of football has criticised Chelsea because of the way they change managers as clothes, but this criticism has not changed the mindset of the blues boss who has made Chelsea managerial position a hot seat for any manager employed to the club. Since the take over of the Russian owner, Chelsea has had over 10 managers within the space of 19 years.
The reason I don't want to join his critics to criticize him is because his method is working for him. In the game of football nobody is really concerned about who took the possession or about who has the most long serving manager, all people are after is who won the match and who carried the cup. And since the take over of the Roman owner Chelsea has been consistent in lifting trophies which has made their fans base increased within a short time.
From the time the Russian owner took over the club, Chelsea has been a strong contenders of many major trophies, and their resilience added most of the world major trophies to their rank except the World Club Cup which they came close to winning six years ago, but a Brazilian side by the name Corinthians snatched the cup away from them.
The blues found themselves in another final against another Brazilian side by name Palmeiras, who equally gave Chelsea a serious contest in the finals. The match began fairly well with both teams contending for dominance in the first 45 minutes, even though Chelsea came into the match as the favorite to claim the trophy, the Brazilian side did not make the game to be any easy for the European Champions. The match ended goaless in the first half and both teams went in for their team talk and encouragement.
After the first half break Chelsea came into the pitch with a different vibe and finally broke the camel back at 54th minutes with a wonderful header from their striker by name Romelu Lukaku, but the VAR came to the rescue of the Brazilian side after spotting a handball incidence from Chelsea's defender Thiago Silver which led to penalty that was well taken by the Brazilian side to restore them back to the game. The game continued with both sides trying everything possible to claim the match, but it remained one goal a piece to the both sides after 90 minutes of play.
The match went to extra time, with both teams still looking for who would claim the day, after the first 15 minutes of the extra time, it was looking as though the game would end in penalties, but the VAR had to confirm another penalty, but this time for Chelsea in the 114th minutes of play, and in the absence of Jorginho Chelsea's penalty kicker, Kirl Havertz had to take responsibility of the penalty which he played very well to become the hero of the night again after becoming Chelsea's hero against Manchester City in Champion's league final. Things grew from bad to worst for the Brazilian side when they had to send off their defender for pulling down Kirl Havertz at the last minute of the match. The match ended with Chelsea claiming the day and also claiming their first ever world club Cup.

Conclusion
Chelsea took their first world club Cup after struggling with the Brazilian side to become the third English club to have the title after Manchester United and Liverpool. It was really a celebration night for the blues fans after seeing their side carry another major trophy.
The issue of selling this club will really affect the club performance next season if something is not done to it quickly
Definitely! I wonder why of all times in their history, why the man chooses to sell the club now
