Happy Saturday or is it Caturday😹. As usual I am missing Bob on this day when kitties take over the blockchain 🐈😿.
Anyways, I have had just another ordinary day as we began this new month of June.
Yesterday I struggled for two hours to post my report but all I was getting was an error😿. Let's hope today I can post.
So thank you for stopping by and let's break down how the day went including the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
Sit tight and let's get into it 💨.
I started the day with a walk around the neighborhood. The sun 🌞 was trying to shoot through the clouds ☁️ but only stayed for a few minutes.
Throughout the day it's been quite cloudy but that didn't slow my walks. Starting from morning, I was warmly dressed and powdered through the chilly weather.
I spent time indoors getting some household chores done. Then I checked out the trending news and watched some YouTube too.
In football, a great match as Real Madrid beat Dortmund to win champions league at Wembley stadium in London , congratulations 🎉 to them🎊. Well done 💯.
I had my last walk later in the evening enjoying the cool evening breeze, though temps have dipped compared to last week😿.
So what's been trending around the world?
Huge protests in Tel Aviv as anti govt protesters urge PM Netanyahu to accept ceasefire proposal by US president Biden.
Netanyahu on the other hand says the war will continue until Hamas are fully destroyed🙀. So no ceasefire yet.
Meanwhile in Gaza, 95 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli relentless airstrikes in the last 24 hours😿. Isreali tanks are moving deeper into Rafa in southern Gaza.
Aid is therefore not getting into areas where intense bombing is happening leaving many people desperate for food and water🙀. Children are really having it hard as many get malnourished😿.
Also trending, exit polls from India's elections show PM Narendra Modi's party is headed for a win. The final announcement will be on June 4th but we already know😹.
Speaking of elections, across the pond, Mexico is about to elect a woman as president in the upcoming election.
The two leading presidential candidates are women.
A first for mostly male dominated politics.
Let's wait n see but expect one of the ladies to be president. I don't what each stands for but may the best candidate win💯
