Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Tuesday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another wonderful day and it's about that time to slow down, get ready for bed 💤. Before that let's quickly take a look at how my stepping went and also what's trending in the media streets. As always thank you for reading and let's begin 💨.
So just like yesterday, I started the day with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲.
Then I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. Election campaigning still in high gear. Today was also international day of yoga, you can do some stretching and downward 👇 dogs 🐕 to celebrate 😹.
Globally, Ukraine still trending,lots of shelling in the east. Today the first delivery of heavy German weaponry arrived in Ukraine. Elsewhere in the UK, a general railway 🚂 strike left commuters stranded😱. The biggest strike in 30 years by more than 40k staff demanding better pay.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways at 20k. Mixed reactions as some analysts predict an upwards jump while others predict pull back 😵.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. Then I was back indoors where I had my usual nap 💤. I got up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, the house select committee has heard how Trump continuously pressured state officials to overturn the elections in his favor 😱. Elsewhere, Russian nobel peace prize 2021 winner has auctioned off his medal for $103 million to help displaced ukrainian children👏. I think he doesn't live in Russia any more, being an independent journalist is very dangerous. In crazy weather, there's been lots of flooding in southern China..
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
