My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2025
I love daily exercise routine. I have made it a tradition to take a run every morning before setting out to work. I wake up very early every morning latest by 5:00A.M to go for early morning jogging. And, the process depends on my energy state and what I intend to do. I can go as far as 10 to 12 km. Not only is exercise good for the body, it is also good for mental health, for spiritual and physical fitness. Daily exercise should be a thing everyone should practice as it will help burn unnecessary fat and convert excess or almost all sugar to energy.
As one exercises, one thing I do not joke with is water. I have a friend who will choose soda over water. His excuse is that he has burnt some sugar and needs to at least replace the energy. It took me some times to convince him that during and after exercise the best thing next is to take water or a black coffee. Water is the best thing to take and it is very important to stay and remain hydrated.
