I started my day with a 7.8km run very early before the cock crow. This day I did with my partner and it was real fun for us both. She has been motivated, knowing that this run comes with a reward from @actifit. Reward is like a form of encouragement. People like it when reward is attached to things. I love it too and it is a form of motivation for me
