Monday being the first day of the week is always a good habit to begin on a positive note. My day started with a 7.4km run. Then I took a cold bath and a cup of coffee. When I was going to work I encountered traffic but it was mild. My activities in the office today came easy and I enjoyed my day. Thanks to @acifit app for me to run and earn
