My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2024

It is no longer news that my Saturdays I rest and spend time with my family. This is a practice that is absolutely non-negotiable. It is very important to love your family. It is important also to show them you love them by spending time with them with no form of distraction. I did a move around in the house no serious workout.
