It is a beautiful Friday and, I am excited that I started the day with a 5.4 km run. Exercising is a part of me now, and it is the best way to keep fit and healthy. My day still remains incomplete till I do my regular exercise. I am glad that I tend to fulfill this new tradition of mine and it is paying off.
