My Actifit Report Card: June 21 2023 A Walk In The Park

I had a really nice day today! We finally, after a month of 0 rain had some rain last night so it was great to get out and enjoy the plants who were happy after the rain. It had also become a bit less hot so a lot nicer to go for a walk.

I went for a 3.5km stroll in my local park, this is kind of my maximum walking distance now that I am 35 weeks pregnant. Then after lunch I took a short cycle to the physio as I pulled a muscle in my abs last week. Luckily she managed to patch me up nicely, so I expect to be feeling better!
