AN AGILE DAY

I ran today again. It was unlike any run I've previously had.

Although I haven't been too consistent with writing on my Hive blog about my daily exercise, I still try to engage in my morning jogs.

I ran most of last week and on Saturday I beat my previous records. I was astonished as at to how fit I had become even though I got nothing on @steevc or @liftslikealady.

I couldn't exercise yesterday because of certain work duties but despite having a heavy meal last night, I promised myself I wouldn't miss this morning...I did one better.

Woke up by 5:20 and began jogging by 5:30. I took a route that I never thought possible at this stage of my fitness journey and guess what...I conquered it. It took me an hour but I was able to do it and I feel great about that achievement.

I wish I could’ve joined the Facebook page of @alin, I'm sure it would have made me for accountable on my journey to body fitness. I encourage those who want to begin their journey towards physical fitness to go to his page. They are quite meticulous.

Tomorrow I'll attempt speed walking so @jamerussell be ready for me. Hahaha. I find that I've been doing a lot of speed walks lately since @jamerussell mentioned it and it's been quite good.

I invite @killerwot, @khaleesii, @deraaa and @young-boss-karin to join in on this journey...like I mean actually start morning exercises. Hahahaha. You’ll love it...eventually.

I will never wake up that early to exercise, even with a gun but kudos to you.

I am glad you're comfortable with that pace, it's so much easier on the body than running and all the vibration @piratethanos! Keep it up, I'll bet you will feel good after a little bit of working with that method and pace.

I cannot post on it because I do not speed-walk @piratethanos, I worked in an outside office working on the roads and the areas I covered in Silicon Valley both in the Santa Cruz mountains and in the valley, I knew a lot of walkers of all types and am relaying the info I learned over the years. My work was 99% physical my entire life from road work to tree work as a master cutter. Also, now I have a medical reason that will not allow me to do that, I sure wish I could. Just for reference, I will enclose a post for you, It was just after a storm on an expressway: Me

So I popped in on your page and was shocked to see you are a key member in @theterminal family. I love what you're doing there but I don't have much so I delegated the little I could.

Um, yeah, I read that in there @piratethanos, and a good percentage of our mission is to get the Hiveans to build up their accounts before either drawing off of it or using it for delegations. We like for people to have at a bare minimum 500 in their account clear, no delegations coming in and that way it makes more sense and your own account is sufficiently built up for one or two small delegations. I did not delegate to anyone until I hit a couple thousand I think. And, we totally appreciate the effort and you know the old saying, "it's the thought that counts." lol

As far as your running, I hope that by working in both running and power walking you will have less pain later on. What is also important is that you enjoy what you are doing, like beating your own record lol, good job!!!

Thanks. It's really a big deal the way you guys rallied around me this morning. I was unaware that it could be like this.

I exercise but I don't do it every day or even in the mornings. I do it 3 or 4 times a week. Either morning or evening. My environment isn't safe enough for jogging alone.

That's pretty amazing @piratethanos 5:30 exercising is tough, but, I'd imagine would set you up for the rest of the day with some high energy.

Funny enough, I went for a pretty crazy walk yesterday and done about 15k steps in about 1:30-2 hours, I felt really good about it and might get out to do it again today.

Wow this is nice.

I don't know why that crazy walk statement sounded so funny to me. There is a weird picture in my head of someone walking on his palms or something crazy like that. Hahahaha. Thanks for the pizza, I'll try it with some beer.

Oh my gosh! Waking up isn't fun. The only fun I have is writing about it. I think that's why I am making it a cataloguing of my runs because it'll spur me.

I do morning exercises frequently these days. Not road trips or running, no, other body building exercises, and gosh, my body is getting Fit and today, I kept admiring my progress on the mirror. I hope that's not bad 🥺

Of course not. It is good to appreciate your progress especially if it's difficult to attain.
