Hello guys today my aunt sent my mother a package and it contained this Ceylon Tea which comes from Sri Lanka and I tried it out.

Now before we get to the tea preparation I wanted to know what this tea is and what benefits would I get from drinking it. So I searched it in Google, I found out that this tea is good for weightloss. Wow what a coincidence since I am trying to loose some weight 😁 Lucky me!
