My Actifit Daily Activity: Chest Workout for Today
Okay so I said yesterday that I would still go to the gym today and I did since my body felt fine. No sore muscles but there are tired muscles.
But since my plan for today is to focus on the chest part and my routine yesterday was my biceps and shoulders.
After warming up I went directly using the excercise bike rather than doing crunches since my ehem (abs) are rather sore and I can't even do one proper crunch so I just gave up and do the excercise bike instead
After I was done with the excercise bike I did an inclined bench press 50lbs 12 reps and 3 sets.
I was suppose to do a dumbbell pullover but my triceps are failing me so I just retired for the day. My whole arms are so sore and tired right now so I don't think I could go to the gym tomoy but I'll try. Maybe I can do my biceps again tomorrow if I feel like its okay to do so
The last one was a flat dumbell press 8 reps and 3 sets
