Run to the Woods - My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2022
Hi Actifitters!
Well, it looks like I have taken a long break from creating these reports... To be more exact, it has passed 14 days from the last one! That's TWO weeks without creating Actifit reports! I have a couple of excuses why that happened for some days, but there is no excuse for that long period...
In the last 7 days, I'm battling with some weird migraines, that are different than my usual ones... It all started exactly a week ago when probably my blood pressure went down, I got dizzy, and after that, I had a heavy headache... and it didn't stop yet from then... I am better, but still not at 100%... During the last couple of days, I had ups and downs, as I was taking pills so I had some "hours" when I was able to work and take some fresh air...
Also, I'm not sure if I have mentioned, my neighbor is renovating her apartment and that's another reason that is stressing me out... Hammering and drilling the whole day doesn't help in "curing" my headaches and today was a similar day... To avoid even more problems, I went out for a walk, and I pick the perfect quiet place for it... The small forest on the near hill... It was so opposite to the noise in my apartment and helped me a lot...
Luckily, when I came back from a walk, the construction workers have left the neighbor's apartment and I had a peaceful afternoon and evening... I did a Rising Star video and published a previously recorded video in the woods, on my main account... I hope that people will like the message from it...
