My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2024//Taking a walk around my house.
I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
I woke up this morning very heavy, at that time it's around 4am in the morning. I had the intention to go for a jogging around 6am but I slept off around 4:15am and woke around 8am. The day is already bright which I couldn't go for the jogging again. So instead of doing nothing I decided to just take some walks around my house. There's this passage in front of my big pen that I can use as a walk way for the morning exercise.
Why did I woke up so heavy this morning?
Yesterday night, I ate so late and it's a kind of heavy food typically bread and one energy drink thinking I would stay up late but after I finished eating I dosed off and from their slept off. Bearing in mind that most of our bread contains calories from fat and oil and flour. So I need little exercises to get off these toxics from my body system if it's just some walks.
How can one get toxics away from the body system.
- Don't eat late night food to avoid indigestion.
- Even if you did, exercise by walking or by maybe 30 minutes jogging.
- Drink enough water.
- Make use ginger, garlic and tumeric.
Exercise is really good for the body system be jogging or walking because it helps the body lose some toxics caused by calories, cholesterol and carbonated drinks. The first thing to think to think when there's need to put the body in shape is by exercise the body.
