Ah, leg day, how I used to hate it. Now it's almost not my worst day at the gym. Especially if you're trying to lose weight like I am.
Those big gluteus muscles and thighs spend so much energy, that it's really a no-brainer whether to do leg day or not.
Just do those squats, they're awesome!
