Two days of rest was more than enough. It's time to get back to real workouts.
It was just me and my dumbells, working on my arms and shoulders. I tried to sneak in a couple of 1-minute planks between the series but it didn't work out as well as I thought - I just didn't have enough juice left in me.
I really need to work on my stamina. (that's what she said! 🤣)
