Healing my injury: January 16 2024


Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Today I was resting after yesterday's football match. I managed to renew my injury I've been dragging for 4 months now.
My leg hurts, but only of I strain it. As long as I don't stretch that injured muscle I'm good, it won't hurt.
Yesterday it hurt so much that I could barely walk, so this is great improvement. Yet, I'm soo far away from being healthy.
It hurts to be old(er)... 😫
Nevertheless, despite the injury I managed to accumulate decent amount of Activity by walking, or should I say limping, around the office and the house.

Hope you will recover sooner. Yes, indeed, as we get older our bones and muscles becomes fragile, figuratively, and that is why I limit myself to walking and climbing the nearest mountain in my place. I miss bicycling but I don't have yet the funds to replace the worn out parts of my BMX bike. Get well soon!
