My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2025 10km running Slope course

Good evening, I'm Penta.
Recently, it has become a tradition for me to try a 10 km run at the weekend.
Running the same course all the time can get boring, so today I ran a different course.
Today's course is a bit more hilly than usual, which makes it a bit more difficult, but the view is better for it, so I'm more excited~.
Now, here are the lap times for this time.
Last time, I wrote that carrying a water bottle is now essential as the temperature has risen in spring.
I started running with a 500 ml plastic bottle on my waist this time, but at first it felt a bit heavy.
Furthermore, today's course has a big hill before the first kilometre, which also slowed my time.
This made the first kilometre slow.My body was a bit heavy and I thought that today would not be a good day.
At this point, I decided to change my mind and run with the mindset that it would be good if I could finish the race today without thinking about the time.
As a result, I think this worked in the right direction, as I relaxed and gradually started to feel better as I progressed from 2 km to 3 km!
I started to be able to run tantrums at my target pace of about 6:30.
Furthermore, halfway through the run, I started running along the river, which gave me a good view, which also increased my excitement.
There are some hills like this, but my body is in good shape, so I didn't mind going up - I was able to go up without worrying about it.
By the way, if you ask me what the attraction of running is, I think it is the exhilarating feeling you get after you finish running.
Only those who have actually experienced it can understand this.
However, I think there are times before and during running when it is a bit difficult, so if you can compensate for this by using MOVE TO ERAN, I think you will be in a good state.
After the 10 km run, I activated the STEPNGO as usual and walked for a cool down
I also took some photos of the cherry blossoms at this time.
It seems that the cherry blossoms were already in leaf.
Why does the end of the cherry blossom season make me feel sad?
However, in Japan, we are now facing Golden Week in early May, which is said to be the best season of the year!
I'm looking forward to all sorts of things!
As for SuperWalk, it has been activated as an all-rounder throughout.
Today we have 922 points.This makes about 300-400Walk
In Japanese yen, it would be around 1,000 yen.
Of course, Actifit was also activated throughout.
My step count was over 20000 steps today - again.

こんばんは、ぺんたです。
最近は週末になると10キロランニングに挑戦するのが恒例になってきました。
同じコースばかり走っていても、飽きてきますので、今日は違うコースを走りました。
今日のコースはいつもよりも坂道が多くて少し大変ですが、その分見晴らしが良いのでテンションはあがりますね~
さて、今回のラップタイムはこんな感じです。
前回、春になって気温があがってきたので、給水ペットボトル携行が必須になったと書きました。
今回から腰に500mlペットボトルをつけて走ったのですが、最初それが少し重たい感じでした。
さらに今日のコースは、最初の1km手前に大きな坂があるので、そこでもタイムが遅くなりました。
そのため最初の1kmが遅くなってしまいました。体が少し重くて今日はいまいちかな~と思いました。
ここで開き直って、今日はタイムは考えずに完走できればいいやという気持ちで走ろうと修正しました。
結果的にそれが、うまい具合に力が抜けてよい方向に働いたのか、2キロ、3キロと進むうちにだんだんといい感じになり始めました
目標である6:30くらいのペースでタンタンと走れるようになってきました。
さらに途中から川沿いを走ることになり、見晴らしも良いのでテンションもあがりました。
こんな坂があったりもするのですが、体の調子も良いので、気にせずに上がっていくことができました~
ところで、ランニングの魅力は何かと問われたら、やはり走り終わった後の爽快感かと思います。
これは実際に味わった人にしか分かりませんよね~
ただし走り出す前や、走っている途中は少し辛い時もあると思うので、そのあたりをMOVE TO ERANをうまく使って補うことができたらいい状態になるのかな~なんて思います。
10キロランを終えた後は、いつも通りSTEPNGOを起動してクールダウンを兼ねてウォーキングしました
この時に桜の写真も撮りました
すでに葉桜になっていたようです。
桜の終わりの季節はなぜか寂しい気分になりますね~
しかし日本ではこれから、一年で一番良い季節と言われている5月上旬のゴールデンウィークを向かえます
色々と楽しみですね~
SuperWalkについては終始オールラウンダーで起動させています。
今日は922ポイントですね。これで300~400Walk程度になります。
日本円にすると1000円前後かと。
もちろんActifitも終始起動させていました。
歩数は今日も20000歩超えでした~
