My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2024

Good evening, I am Penta, who runs with Actifit running every day, but always wastes the number of steps because I don't write articles.

So today, for the first time in a long time, I would like to write an article on Actifit and not waste my steps.




Running about 9 km in total

Today was Saturday, so I went for a light run in the morning for about an hour.

I read in some article that running in the morning is most effective for weight loss.

I usually run in the evening or at night because I usually run after work, but running in the morning was quite nice because I felt different.

I usually only run once a day, but on this day I went out in the afternoon and ate a hearty lunch out, so I was concerned about my weight, so I lightly ran about 2 km in the evening as well.

A total of 9 km of running was quite a mileage for me.

Below are the split times per kilometer at that time.

I have a feeling that the GPS is inaccurate...

I'm not supposed to be able to run in the 4 minute per kilometer range to begin with.

When I'm in good shape, I'm usually in the 5 minute per kilometer range, and when I'm not, I'm in the 6 minute per kilometer range.

(I walked at the end, so I'm in the 9 minute range)

I also have SuperWalk running at the same time.

Forgive me, Actifit, for writing about other apps...

I'm not sure how many people are running Actifit by itself.

I think most people run other M2E apps at the same time.

I run SuperWalk at the same time.

I don't think Actifit and SuperWalk are systemically at odds with each other, and if anything, I think there is a lot of synergy to be gained.

So, SuperWalk, I'm quite addicted to it, and now I have 8 pairs of shoes.

And finally, I got the Epic shoes~!

As you can see, the epic shoes have a lot of earning power.

I used to only buy normal shoes, but I gradually fell into the trap of thinking that if I was going to run, I wanted a lot of rewards, so I skipped the rare shoes and got the epic shoes.

(At this point, the amount charged was about 13,000 yen - I don't care if I don't recover the original cost).

By the way, the title score is 11. I will do a giveaway of the shoes when my score exceeds 20, so please be patient~!

こんばんは、毎日Actifitを起動させて走っているものの、記事を書かないので、歩数をいつも無駄にしているぺんたです。

という訳で、今日は久しぶりにActifitで記事を書いて歩数を無駄にしないようにしたいと思います。




合計約9キロのランニング

今日は土曜日でしたので、午前中から約1時間程度かけて軽くランニングしてきました。

何かの記事で見たのですが、午前中にランニングするのが一番体重減少に効果があるらしいです。

いつもは仕事帰りにランニングしていることが多いので、夕方や夜にランニングしているのですが、朝のランニングはいつもと気分が違ってなかなか良かったです。

いつもは1日1回しかランニングしないのですが、この日は午後からお出かけして外食ランチでがっつり食べたので、体重が気になったので、夕方も軽く2キロ程度ランニングしました。

合計9キロのランニングは僕にとってはなかなかの走行距離でした。

下記はその際の1キロごとのスプリットタイムです。

なんかGPSの精度が正確でないような気がしますが・・・

そもそも僕は1キロ4分台で走れる実力ないはずなんですよね~

だいたいいつも、調子良い時は1キロ5分台で、調子悪い時は6分台です。

(最後は歩いたので9分台になっていますが)

SuperWalkも同時起動しています

他アプリのことを書きますがActifit様お許しを・・・

だけどActifitを単独起動している人は意外と少ないのかもしれません。

多くの人は他のM2Eアプリと同時起動していると思われます。

僕はSuperWalkも同時起動しています。

ActifitとSuperWalkはシステム的に対立することはないと思いますし、どっちかというと相乗効果が得られることが多いと思います。

それでSuperWalkですが、かなりハマってまして、今は靴8足もっています。

そしてついに、エピック靴を手に入れてしまいました~

さすがにエピック靴は獲得力が凄いですね。

今までノーマル靴ばかりだったのですが、だんだんとどうせ走るならたくさん報酬欲しいよなという罠にはまっていき、レア靴をすっ飛ばしてエピック靴をゲットしました。

(この時点で課金額は13,000円程度になりました~まあ原資回収できなくてもいいです)

ちなみに称号スコアは11です。スコアが20超えたら靴のギブアウウェイやるので気長に待っててください~
