Good evening, this is Penta, enjoying the Golden Week holidays.
I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.
I am going to continue running during the holidays without fail.
I have been running with Actifit running every day, but until now, I have not been able to write articles from it, so it has been a waste of time.
To solve this problem, from now on I will write whatever I think about after a run as if it were a diary.
I have always felt that blog posts need to be somewhat good because others may read them, but by writing articles like a diary, I think I will be able to post more often.
This way, I won't be wasting my time running Actifit every day, and I may be able to accumulate AFIT rewards more easily.

I was in good shape today and was able to run to a little over 5 km.
Times are for reference only. There are a few traffic lights along the way, so the time may change depending on them.
This is knowledge from YouTube, but I don't think it's a good idea to be too particular about the time.
If you are obsessed with times, you will tend to push yourself too hard, which can lead to physical injury or even injury.
It is better to keep the time only as a reference and run with a relaxed mind, so that you can run injury-free and sustain a higher rate of running.

みなさまは連休をいかがお過ごしでしょうか。
僕は連休中もランニングだけは欠かさず続けたいと思っています。
Actifitも毎日起動させてランニングしていますが、これまではそこから記事を書くまでに至らなかったので、結局無駄になっていました。
これを解消するために、今後は走った後に何でもいいから思ったことを日記感覚で書いていくことにします。
これまでブログ記事は他人が読むこともあるので、ある程度良いものを書かないといけないという思いがあったのですが、記事は日記感覚で書くことで、投稿頻度も増えるかと思います。
これなら毎日Actifitを起動させてランニングしていることが無駄にはならないですし、AFITの報酬もたまりやすいかもしれません。

Actifitにはこういった記録ができるシステムがないので、上記の記録はasicsのrunkeeperというアプリからの転記です。
今日は調子よかったので、5キロを少しオーバーする程度まで走ることができました。
タイムは参考程度です。途中に数か所信号があったりするのでそれによって変わったりします。
これはユーチューブからの知識ですが、あまりタイムにこだわりすぎるのも良くないみたいです。
タイムにこだわるとどうしても無理しがちになるので、体を傷めたり怪我の遠因になったりしますからね。
タイムは参考程度に留めて、心に余裕を持った状態で走る方が、怪我なく走れて持続率も高くなると思います。
