My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2024

Good evening, I'm Penta, and I'm happy to see that my weight is slowly coming off after running every day.

Today I came to a slightly bigger park to practice my running.

The purpose of my visit was, of course, to take some pictures for Actifit.

My usual running course is just a residential area, and I don't have any particular scenery to photograph.

So today I came to a big park and stopped for a while while I was running to take some photos of the scenery.


By the way, it was a warm day today. Lots of kids were playing on the playground equipment at the park.


After running about a kilometer, I found a large pond.

This park is unique in that it has a large pond, and the name of the park is also the name of the pond.


Since we were there, we went down to the pond.

I was able to go this close to the pond.


It was nice to get to the edge of the pond, but I was completely off the running course and was running along a path like this.

It was no longer running, but climbing.

And so, I achieved another 3 km today.

I was feeling good today, so I could have run a little more, but if I get carried away again and run too much, my legs might hurt later, so I decided to cut it short.

It seems that if I finish my practice with a little extra energy, my body will not accumulate fatigue and I will be less likely to get injured, so in the end I will be able to practice a lot.

As for the number of steps, I went shopping afterwards and added that to the number of steps I took, since I did not exceed 5,000 steps in my 3-kilometer run.

It's getting to be a pleasant season to exercise outside (except for those with hay fever...)

Maybe some of you would like to start exercising a little!

こんばんは、毎日ランニングしていると、少しずつ体重が落ちてくるのがうれしい、ぺんたです。

今日はランニングの練習のために少し大きな公園に来ました。

ここに来た目的はもちろん、Actifitに掲載できるような写真を撮るためです。

というのも、いつものランニングコースはただの住宅街で、特に写真に撮るべき景色というものが全くないのです。

なので今日は大きな公園に来て、ランニング中に少し足を止めて、景色を撮影してみたいと思います。


それにしても今日は暖かい1日でしたね。

公園の遊具ではたくさんの子供たちが遊んでいました。


1キロくらい走ると、大きな池がありました。

この公園は大きな池があるのが特徴で、公園の名前にもその池の名前が使われています

せっかくなので、池のちかくまで下りて行ってみました。

こんなに池のすぐそばまで行くことができました。

池のほとりまで行けたのはいいのですが、すっかりランニングコースからは外れてしまって、こんな感じの道を走っていました。

もはやランニングというより、登山ですね。

そんなこんなで、今日も3キロ達成しました。

今日は調子が良かったので、もう少し走っても良かったのですが、また調子に乗って走りすぎると、後で足が痛くなってくるかもしれませんので、これで切り上げることにします。

少し余力を残して練習を終える方が、体に疲労が蓄積しないので、怪我もしにくくなるので、最終的にはたくさん練習できることになるようです。

歩数については、3キロのランニングでは5000歩を超えないので、この後買い物に行って、その歩数もプラスしました。

外での運動が心地よい季節になってきましたね(花粉症の人以外ですが・・・)

もしかしたら、ちょっと運動を始めてみたいと思っている人もいるかもしれません
