Yesterday, Ajax Amsterdam played against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the UEFA Europa League, and things got out of hand in the city of Amsterdam. Israeli supporters took away a Palestinian flag, and got mobbed by a huge group of Free Palestine supporters. Mostly people of Arab and Northern African backgrounds. They attacked everyone that looked Israeli or Jewish, kicked them in the face and robbed them. They even forced some to shout “Free Palestine”.

It was a shit show and shameful for Europe and the Netherlands. But now football players are supporting the actions of the attackers.

Hakim Ziyech, former Ajax player and now playing for Galatasaray posted a despicable post on Instagram. “If it are not women and children, they are running…”

This of course came with reaction from Israeli football players like Eran Zahavi, player of the Israeli national team.

And it’s going to get worse…

If UEFA or FIFA doesn’t intervene, we will soon get war on the pitch and in the stands.
