My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2022

I woke up early morning at 7:50 am,I went washroom,wash face and brush teeth.

I went market to buy bread for tea.Today whether is great with some Little cold,.I buy bread from shop,and back to home.I take cup of tea with family.It is time for a walk,so call friends and walking.I join with them and we walk through street

Back to home after walk.I take shower,went park in bright sky great to absorb sunlight in my body.My mom call me for breakfast,I went kitchen take breakfast.Today we again start pruning of Apple trees.Workers,dad and are working,so I went garden to work.We start work and prune 3 apple trees after 1 hour.

We take rest for 15 minutes and take water.We again pruning apple trees and prune 5 apple trees till lunch.I went home at 1 pm and take lunch with family.I went mosque attend Duhar Namaz,back home.Rest for an hour my park and watch reels on YouTube and friends status.I went back to garden for more working

We prune 6 apple trees till 4:10 am,my sister come with carrying tea,we stop work and take a cup of tea.I went mosque attend Asar Namaz,back to garden after Namaz,work 1 hour more and stop today work.Tomarrow is our last day of pruning trees.I come home take shower,went mosque attend Magrib Namaz.Back home
