El día de hoy realice un paseo extraordinario en mi entrenamiento diario.

Regularmente voy vía: “Arca de Noe”, en el que recorro 40Km aproximadamente.

Motivado por los logros obtenidos en el mes de enero, donde logre 20 horas de actividad registrada en Strava con un total de 580.1Km recorridos, y con la determinación de aumentar mi recorrido, hoy tome vía: “Guamito” y Luego de regreso, tome vía “Pagueisito” y entre ambas rutas complete 70Km aproximadamente.

Estas rutas son predominantemente planas, no hay mayores subidas y bajadas.

Lograr esta vuelta de hoy me da confianza en mi mismo, para seguir moviendo mis límites.

Les comparto fotos que tome en la vía, e incluso tome fotos de algunas aves, aquí se las comparto.

Today I did an extraordinary ride in my daily training. I regularly go via: "Arca de Noe", in which I ride 40Km approximately.

Motivated by the achievements obtained in the month of January, where I achieved 20 hours of activity recorded in Strava with a total of 580.1Km traveled, and with the determination to increase my ride, today I took via: "Guamito" and then back, I took via "Pagueisito" and between both routes I completed 70Km approximately.

These routes are predominantly flat, there are no major climbs and descents.

Achieving this ride today gives me confidence in myself to keep pushing my limits.

I share with you photos I took on the road, and I even took photos of some birds, here I share them with you.
