My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2023

Wednesdays is the middle of the week, and on this very day I chose to close on time so I can rush back home. I didn't do my usual morning run because I have to be in the office very early. Consequently, I had to leave the office earlier as I concluded my usual task before the usual closing time. I eventually did a 4.9 kilometres run by evening.
