Sweat, Endorphins & Barbells – Full-Throttle Thursday!

Today started with movement – a brisk walk to work, then two outdoor sessions with the kids at preschool, plus regular activities... and on top of that, we launched our new weekly ecology workshops from a fresh educational program we’ll be running until December. Busy? Oh yes!

After work, instead of collapsing on the couch, I hit the gym with the girls. I made it off the waiting list and into the workout – already a win! And then... the fire began. Just after the warm-up, we were all dripping with sweat and laughing that it felt like the whole workout already happened. I wasn’t far from agreeing!

This time, I pushed harder than last session – added more weight to the barbell, even during mat exercises, which isn’t exactly easy. Coordination? Getting better. A few moves still challenged me, but overall: strength, satisfaction, sweat and a blast of endorphins. After the session, I still had some energy left, so I chose to walk home and grabbed a few things from the store on the way. Why not?

Pot, endorfiny i sztanga – czwartek na pełnych obrotach!

Dzisiaj od rana byłam w ruchu – dzień wystartował spacerem do pracy, potem w przedszkolu dwa wyjścia na dwór z dzieciakami, a w międzyczasie zajęcia i... jeszcze dodatkowe popołudniowe warsztaty ekologiczne z nowego programu, który będziemy prowadzić do grudnia. Działo się!

Po pracy zamiast odpocząć – ruszyłam z dziewczynami na siłownię. Wskoczyłam z listy rezerwowej na trening (yay!), więc już sam fakt, że się udało, dał mi pozytywnego kopa. A potem... ogień. Już na rozgrzewce pot spływał po twarzy, a dziewczyny śmiały się, że to chyba był już cały trening. Ja też ledwo łapałam oddech – i o to chodziło!

Zwiększyłam obciążenie na sztandze, nawet przy ćwiczeniach na macie – więc progres jest. Koordynacja coraz lepsza, parę ćwiczeń jeszcze mnie pokonało, ale ogólnie: moc, satysfakcja, pot i endorfiny level hard. Po zajęciach wracałam spacerem, z szybkim skokiem na zakupy. Bo czemu nie?
