A long run along the coast. My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2022

Today was a beautiful day although a bit windy!
Perfect day for a run along the Normandy Coast. I haven’t gone trail running in a while and I might have overdone it but it feels very good to put the runners back on. Parts of the trail are a bit steep and challenging so I stopped at the top of the cliff to catch my breath and take a couple of pictures. The views are just stunning and well worth the effort.
Note to myself: I should stop finding excuses and go out more often. I need an objective again so I will be looking for a new Ultra-Trail to do.
