Well done, and the last time that I could run was in 1980. I was a fairly good athlete, but the bike accident put paid to my running days. (One leg shorter).

That's a shame. I've mostly managed to avoid injuries so far, but have some niggles that seem to come with age
Oh, I got over it long ago. Niggles can become bigger problems later on in life, and please take due care of your body.
