Hola, querido hiver.

Hoy estamos en jornada de reflexión en mi país. Mañana se celebran elecciones generales, de las que saldrá el nuevo presidente del gobierno y los miembros de las cámaras legislativas. Me da una pereza tremenda y te ahorraré leer sobre política, descuida. Solo tengo claro a quién no votar, y por quien me decida será con la nariz tapada, porque ninguno me gusta. El poder lo corrompe todo y eso pasa en cualquier nivel. Lo he vivido de cerca.

Aún así, me parece importante ir a votar. A lo largo de la historia generaciones enteras no han disfrutado de esa posibilidad. Lo que una opine no sirve de mucho, pero cuando vamos sumando millones de estas pequeñas opiniones, al menos conseguimos dirigir de forma general la deriva del país. Después ya se repartirán los cargos y sillones entre los de siempre.

Mi reflexión

Aunque hoy cambiamos de filósofo de cabecera, continuamos con la reflexión sobre el deber. Porque, hasta para eso, podemos elegir.

La palabra deber tiene un regusto a obligación, a algo que nos viene impuesto desde el exterior. Sin embargo, siempre podemos transformarlo en positivo mediante el deseo de cumplir con él.

Hablando de las palabras, tienen un poder mágico. Tan solo utilizando unas en lugar de otras logramos conectar en frecuencias diferentes. No es igual decirnos tengo que a decirnos quiero. Este sencillo detalle nos ayuda a enfrentarnos ante las obligaciones, de las que nadie estamos libres por completo.

Tema aparte es la honestidad. Una vez más, mi opinión al respecto es que esta virtud cada uno sabe si la practica o no. Para mí, solamente lo hace quien es capaz de hacer lo que considera su deber de igual forma ante los demás que solo para sí. Lo demás es hipocresía.

Por la mañana: compras y labores domésticas, curación de contenidos, escritura.

Por la tarde: curación de contenidos, eventos en Discord, un rato de juego a la baraja con mi marido, tareas variadas de Hive, paseo con mi marido y el perrito.

My reflection

Although today we change our philosopher of choice, we continue with the reflection on duty. Because, even for that, we can choose.

The word duty has an aftertaste of obligation, something that is imposed on us from outside. However, we can always transform it into something positive through the desire to fulfil it.

Speaking of words, they have a magical power. Just by using one word instead of another, we can connect on different frequencies. It is not the same to say I have to as it is to say I want to. This simple detail helps us to cope with obligations, from which no one is completely free.

Honesty is a separate issue. Once again, my opinion on this is that this virtue is a virtue that everyone knows whether they practise or not. For me, only those who are capable of doing what they consider their duty to others as well as to themselves do it. Anything else is hypocrisy.
