Hola, querido hiver.

Caminar estimula los músculos y articulaciones, así como el cerebro y el espíritu. Una vez encuentras ese ritmo en el que el corazón se acelera sin causar sobreesfuerzo entras en la zona de flujo. Podrías permanecer durante horas en ese estado. Escuchando las pisadas sobre la tierra que se acompasan al ritmo cardíaco sin ser consciente. Uno, dos, uno, dos.

La inercia te acompaña en el punto donde es más fácil continuar que parar. La cadencia de tus pasos sigue marcando la velocidad justa. Uno, dos. Uno, dos.

Abre bien los ojos. Oye. Huele. Llega hasta ti el aroma de las plantas, el canto de los pajaritos, el contraste de marrones, verdes, grises, los colores del arcoíris. Uno, dos, uno, dos.

Como si te transformases en un tambor sigues marcando el tempo. Eres un diapasón gigante. Tus piernas son péndulos que se persiguen en una carrera invisible. Uno, dos, uno, dos.

Entras en trance. Pierdes la noción del tiempo. Te sientes inmersa en un infinito, nada te preocupa ni te apena. Tan solo eres y estás. Te fundes con el universo. Uno, dos, uno, dos.

Se hace difícil el regreso. Como el bebé que llora al abandonar el vientre materno, lamentas que ese estado de flujo desaparezca y te arroje de nuevo al punto de partida. Pero no eres la misma que partió. La sangre que ha regado cada célula de tu cuerpo ha depositado en ellas un nuevo conocimiento. Mientras camines, estarás viva.

Mi reflexión

Las decisiones que he tomado en la vida me han traído hasta el punto exacto en el que estoy. Haciendo balance, considero que mi albedrío ha sido el más bello al que he tenido acceso en cada etapa. Procuro moverme de acuerdo a mi conciencia porque no soportaría la carga de ser deshonesta.

No entiendo cómo puede haber personas que se vayan a dormir a pierna suelta tras haber hecho un daño intencionado a otro semejante. Soy empática hasta decir basta, pero en esos casos no me entra en la cabeza. Es por eso que me atraen la psicología y la criminología, en un intento por comprender cómo la mente de alguien se puede perturbar de ese modo. Quizás sea miedo a que le ocurra a la mía propia.

Si tuviera que elegir una sola de mis decisiones como la mejor tomada en mi vida, es la del instante en que elegí empezar a ser yo misma y dejar de pretender contentar a los demás, fueran quienes fueran. Ese día me pedí perdón, me perdoné, me abracé y me prometí que jamás volvería a olvidarme de mí. Dudo que exista nada más bello.

Por la mañana: paseo con el perrito, curación de contenidos, escritura.

Por la tarde: ver un programa de televisión por internet, publicar el post para el concurso de Writing Contest de Ecency Support, tareas variadas de Hive y otra vez el paseo con el perrito.

Walking stimulates the muscles and joints, as well as the brain and the spirit. Once you find that rhythm in which the heart accelerates without causing overexertion you enter the flow zone. As if you were transforming yourself into a drum you keep marking the tempo. You are a giant tuning fork. Your legs are pendulums chasing each other in an invisible race. One, two, one, two.

You go into a trance. You lose track of time. You feel immersed in infinity, nothing worries you, nothing grieves you. You just are and you are. You merge with the universe. One, two, one, two.

It becomes difficult to return. Like the baby crying as it leaves the womb, you mourn for that state of flux to disappear and throw you back to the starting point. But you are not the same as when you left. The blood that has watered every cell of your body has deposited in them a new knowledge. As long as you walk, you are alive.

My reflection

The choices I have made in life have brought me to the exact point where I am. Taking stock, I consider that my choice has been the most beautiful one I have had access to at every stage. I try to move according to my conscience because I would not bear the burden of being dishonest.

I don't understand how some people can go to sleep soundly after having done intentional harm to a fellow human being. I am empathetic to a fault, but in such cases it just doesn't enter my head. That's why I'm drawn to psychology and criminology, in an attempt to understand how someone's mind can be so disturbed. Maybe it's fear of it happening to my own.

If I had to choose just one of my decisions as the best one I have ever made in my life, it is the moment I chose to start being myself and stop trying to please others, whoever they might be. That day I apologised, forgave myself, embraced myself and promised myself that I would never forget myself again. I doubt there is anything more beautiful.

Afternoon: watching an online TV show, publishing the post for Ecency Support's Writing Contest, various Hive tasks and again the walk with the doggy.
