Hola, querido hiver.
El mes se me está pasando sin enterarme. Esto me ocurre porque disfruto cada segundo, mediante la búsqueda consciente de lo que tengo en lugar de la inconsciente de lo que me falta.
Por experiencia sé que los cambios no se notan de un día para otro. Me planteo grandes objetivos y cuando observo el devenir de los días pareciera que no me avanzado apenas. Pero desde que tengo bien enfilada la brújula, no me importa dar algún rodeo o descansar más tiempo de lo esperado en algún recodo del camino. El destino está esperándome en el mismo lugar.

Mi reflexión
Seguimos en el mes enfocado a la percepción y la claridad del pensamiento. Por eso Epicteto continúa insistiendo en que recordemos a diario y en diversos momentos de la jornada cuándo tenemos control sobre lo que nos sucede y cuándo no. Esta es la clave para mantenernos serenos y en calma.
Se han escrito miles de citas con la misma idea de fondo: evitar que nos preocupemos por lo que no es responsabilidad nuestra. ¿Dejarías tu bien más preciado en medio de la calle, al alcance de cualquiera? Estoy segura de que estás negando con la cabeza. Pues bien, del mismo modo no consientas que tu corazón, tu pensamiento y tu alma queden expuestos a los deseos de nadie más que tú mismo.
Ejercer la serenidad y la calma no significa dejar de sentir. Esto es algo que confunde a muchas personas. A mí me ocurrió cuando me iniciaba en el estudio del estoicismo, pero no es así. Se trata de reconocer lo que sentimos, observar el origen de ese sentimiento, reflexionar sobre el grado de control que tenemos sobre lo que nos lo produce, decidir cómo vamos a proceder y actuar. Con los resultados de nuestra actuación, de nuevo reflexionaremos y sacaremos conclusiones que se transforman en aprendizaje profundo.

Sin novedades en el frente. Paseo con el perrito, compras y labores domésticas, curación de contenidos, escritura del borrador del post que quiero publicar mañana.
Tras la comida, nueva tanda de curación de contenidos, lectura de blogs, un rato en el ordenador para interactuar en Hive y paseo del perrito para cerrar el día.
