My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2025. Painting day at home but still moving around.

Today I decided to paint part of our house and it took me most of the day. With almost 50 August upon me, I don't feel much like doing strength work but reality dictates that I must.
Luckily I was able to prep the wall, clean it and one area has already had a coat of paint applied. The day with a splendid sun accompanied me pleasantly.

Happy day colleagues.

El día de hoy decidí pintar parte de nuestra casa y me llevó gran parte del día. Con casi 50 agosto encima, no tengo muchas ganas de hacer trabajo de fuerza pero la realidad indica que debo hacerlo.
Por suerte pude preparar la pared, limpiarla y a un sector ya le pasé una mano de pintura. El día con un sol esplendoroso me acompañó gratamente.
