Today we trained on a pseudo-mountain we have in Ezeiza with weights on our ankles. About 6 km very productive really. By the way I did it with @zutodoterreno who will soon have his account in @actifit.

Whenever we can we should go out to train and keep moving.

El día de hoy entrenamos en una pseudo montaña que tenemos en ezeiza con pesas en los tobillos. Alrededor de 6 km muy productivos realmente. Por cierto lo hice con @zutodoterreno que próximamente tendrá su cuenta en @actifit.

Siempre que podamos debemos salir a entrenar y mantener en movimiento.
