My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2025 / my first post in actifit.

I wonder why I didn't start a long time ago with this activity that I love and through this application. But thanks to the invitation of @mamaemigrante I started and I'm very happy about it.
Today I wasn't able to train specifically but I was able to do daily tasks that allow me to get moving.
If it was my son going to school and doing different tasks that makes us get moving and that allows us to have very good health.

Tomorrow we continue.

Me pregunto por qué no arranqué desde hace tiempo con esta actividad que me encanta y a través de esta aplicación. Pero bueno gracias a la invitación de @mamaemigrante arranqué y estoy muy feliz por eso.
El día de hoy no pude entrenar específicamente pero sí realizar tareas cotidianas que me permiten ponerme en movimiento.
Si era mi hijo al colegio y realizar diferentes tareas eso hace que nos pongamos en movimiento y eso nos permite tener muy buena salud.

Mañana seguimos.
