Zona de Confort - Ciclismo MTB || Cobertura [Esp/Eng Subtitled]

   Comunicarnos a través de una videollamada, para muchos, nos resulta muy fácil; Pero salir a la calle con el micrófono, es otra cuestión y créanme, que para mí fue todo un desafío. Pero entendiendo, las leyes universales del crecimiento personal, que dice, que debemos estar donde nos sintamos incómodos, tome coraje y allá fui.

Communicating through a video call, for many of us, is very easy; but going out on the street with the microphone is another matter and believe me, for me it was a challenge. But understanding the universal laws of personal growth, which says that we must be where we feel uncomfortable, I took courage and went there.

      El año pasado, ya estuve en este evento, que se realiza en un pueblo muy pequeño, denominado El Taladro, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, distante 40 km de mi lugar de residencia. Esta vez, mi amiga ciclista Rosa, que aparece en el video, me llevo amablemente y por suerte pude paliar el frío que se hizo presente.

Last year, I was already in this event, which takes place in a very small town called El Taladro, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, 40 km away from my place of residence. This time, my cycling friend Rosa, who appears in the video, kindly gave me a ride and luckily I was able to palliate the cold that was present.

      Ciclistas de muchas modalidades (tándem, parejas, individuales, niños y las estrellas, los abuelos), han charlado conmigo muy amablemente y debo reconocer, que supere mis expectativas.

      Para la mayoría, las competencias debe ser un disfrute y más aún, cuando no hay motivos económicos que te animen a verlo de otra manera. Todo lo contrario, el ciclista realiza mucho esfuerzo y más en estos tiempos.

For most people, competitions should be an enjoyment and even more so, when there are no economic reasons that encourage you to see it otherwise. On the contrary, the cyclist makes a lot of effort and even more in these times.

      Pese a los mosquitos, que cuando paraba de rodar, se acercaban a mí, estar en el medio del campo es realmente recomendable. Te sientes, como lo que realmente somos, una partícula en medio de la inmensidad.

Despite the mosquitoes, which, when I stopped rolling, came closer to me, being in the middle of the field is really recommendable. You feel like what we really are, a particle in the middle of the immensity.

      ¿Cómo te imaginas, que será tu vida, a los 91 años? Este abuelo me dio a entender, que lo importante no es la meta, sino el proceso. Todo lo que hacemos día a día, para cuidar nuestro hábitat principal, que es nuestro cuerpo.

! [English]What do you imagine your life will be like when you are 91 years old? This grandfather made me understand that the important thing is not the goal, but the process. Everything we do day by day to take care of our main habitat, which is our body.

      Debo reconocer que me satisfizo estar del otro lado, acompañando a Rosa por ejemplo y cubriendo el evento, pero nada supera como estar arriba de la bicicleta, participando de la competencia in situ.
Animo a todos, a salir de nuestra zona de confort, porque créanme que el crecimiento personal, es lo único que nos llevará a otro nivel.

! [English]I must admit that I was satisfied to be on the other side, accompanying Rosa for example and covering the event, but nothing beats being on the bike, participating in the competition in situ.
