Benjamin Mendy is in prison until January

The football player of man city bejamin mendy have been charged by britsh police ,and the reason was
rape accusation ,after three complaints filed by people over the age of 16 between October 2020 and August 2021.

And According to Sky Sports , Chester Crown Court set January 24 January 2022 is the date for the man city player's trial, which means that the mendy will remain in prison until this date, after the court refused to release him on bail last month.

the player lawyer"Eleanor Luz QC", have a stronge confidence that she will dismiss the charges against the player on November 15 .

So the question is are Benjamin mendey is innocent of the charges that's brought against him?
